After graduating as an engineer from École Centrale d’Électronique in 2008, Tanguy built his career in asset management and private wealth, developing expertise across liquid markets, real estate, private equity and venture capital. He worked as a fund manager at Nordea Bank and held senior roles, including Conducting Officer, in international institutions, focusing on investment strategy and business development. He also set up a company to launch a RAIF strategy targeting distressed international real estate. In 2025, he joined the team of Augemus S.A.

Tanguy Besrest enjoys spending quality time with his family and remains actively involved in youth and community initiatives. He finds balance through regular sports activities and appreciates the freedom and calm of sailing, both of which help him recharge and maintain harmony between his personal and professional life.
