After obtaining his law degree from Leiden University in 1985, Alexander worked until retirement in various global financial institutions (Chase Manhattan, ABN AMRO Group, CITCO and Banque Internationale a Luxembourg) in various senior management roles and activities, spanning investment banking (M&A, venture capital and IPO’s), international Fiduciary and Trust business and – since 2010 from Luxemburg - Private Wealth Management for UHNWI’s. In April 2025, he joined the Management Team of Augemus S.A.

Alexander de Vreeze loves spending time with his family and gets his energy from interactions with people. His interests range from art and music to photography, investing, news, volunteering and -since recently- golf. He has consistently been a well trusted sparring partner with a broad view. Professionally, he always worked at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, business development, networking and bringing people together.
